Descrption
Handcrafted in Georgia Inspired by the diadem (symbol of sovereignty), which was used as forehead decoration. The circle depicted in the center is considered as a symbol of the sun, two deer returning to the center express the fertility because of the accented sex sign, cranes in the edge also express the fertility, or represent the beliefs towards the world of the human of that time. The original diadem was dated to the first half of the 3rd millennium BC and was discovered in Kvatskhela Necropolis, Shida kartli region of Georgia.
