PAYMENTS
IERI Store has the sole discretion to provide the terms of payment. Unless other term has been agreed upon, payment for the products shall be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex. If the preferred method of payment is by invoice, invoices are due and payable within the time period agreed. IERI Store has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. IERI Store is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from IERI Store are insured in accordance with the shipping contract. The parcel is declared to be lost if the delay in delivery reaches up to three months. In the case of a lost parcel our contractor will be notified and after a series of investigations, if the parcel is still missing, you will be compensated for the full amount of your order. Customers will always have an option to request a replacement, depending on the availability. The issues concerning the parcel is the responsibility of the third party.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages internationally are shipped by our partner delivery company Aramex. Usually delivery takes 7 working days.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Packages in Georgia are shipped by Georgian post. Usually delivery takes 5-7 working days.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Any Purchase delivered outside of Georgia may be subject to duties and taxes. The law regarding the import duties differ from county to country. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are not included in the final price.

Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this agreement to any person at any time without notice.
